Reading Libya Amidst the Defections: Scott Lucas on the BBC

This morning, I chatted with BBC Coventry and Warwickshire about the latest developments in Libya, including the defection of former Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa and the possibility that the Qaddafi regime would soon fall.
